Docstoc is an online service where bloggers can store, share, sell and find documents.  Docstoc also provides technology which allows users to embed documents right into their webpage or blog post.  This technology also allows readers the option of reading the document online or downloading it to their computer.

Docstoc also gives users the option to sell their documents with no upfront or recurring fees for the first 60 days  and sellers keep 100% of all sales. After 60 days, the proceeds from all sales are split evenly between the seller and Docstoc (sellers keep 50% of all sales). Payments are issued within 30 days of the last day of each month once your balance reaches $100.

User can also make money through Google Adsense displayed alongside documents which have been made public on Docstocs.
