My name is Kimberley, and I am an urban homesteader out of Junction City, Kansas. I raise ducks and rabbits, as well as try to make anything possible from scratch. My blog started out just as a way to keep track of all my work and progress, as well as my failures. I have been blogging for a little over a year now, and have expanded the topics I write about to foraging and living a simpler life with frugal tips. I love having guest posts for crafts and other "green" ideas. I dream of one day living on my own farm and only relying on the outside world for as little as possible. Some may call me a hermit or a reculse, but I am at peace when I am outside listening to the squawking of my ducks and feeling the dirt beneath my feet as I garden.
