Adgitize is site in which bloggers can place pay per click ads on their blogs as well as sign up to advertise their blog.  Advertising costs $14 per month and is payable through Paypal. 

It's free to sign up to be a publisher and place ads on your blog.  Bloggers receive points when they regularly add new content or write new articles, by the number of page views and if anyone clicks on one of the ads.  Bloggers also receive points when click on ads placed on their own blogs or adgitize ads on other blogs.  At the end of the month, the points are converted to cash.  Adgitize takes your total points divided by the total points earned by all members. Then that percentage is multiplied by the amount of money placed into the system available for the members. You are then paid that amount once a month.  Bloggers are paid on the 20th of the month after earnings from the previous months reach $10 to $50 or more.

Adgitize also has an affiliate program.  Affiliates are paid $5 for each new full month ad that is bought.  Bloggers will then continue to earn $1 monthly commission for every advertiser that is brought into the network.
