Create Webforms Using Google Docs

Google Docs or Google Documents in a free online application offered by Google which allows users to create or upload documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms and drawings.  These documents can be edited, shared or embedded into web pages.

Google Docs form feature is a quick and easy way to create webforms within your blog or website.  User create the form within Google Docs and then embed a small line of code into the page or post.  When a visitor fills out the webform, the information automatically is added to a spreadsheet within Google Documents.  You can set up a notification for Google Docs to send  you an email whenever a new entry has been added to this spreadsheet.

To get started using Google Docs, you simply visit www.google.com/documents and create a Google account if you don't already have a one.  Then click "Create new" from the drop down menu on the left and then choose "Form".  This is a very simple tool to use and I definitely recommend using it if you want to have a form on your blog or website.
